Deliveries
To keep costs down, delivery will be by pallet delivery network using an economy rate service.
Costs
The prices shown in the Buy Now panel include delivery to the majority of UK postcodes. If you live outside those postcodes a delivery supplement will be charged, but the
total amount of your order including any delivery supplement will be confirmed to you before you commit to buy.
Timing
Orders received by 12 noon will normally be delivered within 48 hours and orders received after 12 noon will normally be delivered within 72 hours. You will be telephoned about one hour before the delivery is made.
Most of our deliveries are made on time. However, please be aware that sometimes circumstances beyond anyone's control can disrupt deliveries - extreme weather, road traffic accidents and very occassionaly vehicle breakdowns or IT failures may delay your delivery. If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will try to contact you to explain why.
Pallets each contain 70 x 15kg bags net weight 1050kg.
